Website was difficult to navigate when quotes came in. It would not allow me to see all quotes from different dealers. Wrong tyre size submitted to dealer meaning the dealer ordered the wrong size tyres for me; I am pretty sure I made the correct sizing details initially.

i had some wrong quotes come through because the carbonblack site does not have an option for the tyree size i was after - there is no option for a 55% aspect ratio (my tyres are 195/55/r15, but i received quotes on the nearest i was able to enter which was 195/50/r15).

Great service with good communication with all staff. They showed me the tyre first so I could see the tyre I ordered. 15-20min all fitted and balanced. Carbon Black worked for me, My usual Tyre supplier was $15 dearer and with as saving of $60 and I got home from work 25min later 4 new tyres.
